Our Mission
Together, we worked very hard over the past year to form our union with the 1.4-million member International Brotherhood of Teamsters. We were united and strong every step of the way. We need to remain united and strong as we work to build our union and prepare to negotiate a strong Teamster contract. We know that the only way we will win real, positive change at Continental is by having a legally binding Teamster contract with our rights and protections in writing. Let’s stay focused and committed, and let’s all do our part for a more secure future for ourselves and for our families.
